Cynthia's coaching and mentoring group, "She Blooms" activating women, to arise and become all they were created to be.

GUEST - You are invited to join us for a monthly meeting to receive teaching, training and ministry. At the end of each meeting, we will open the session for a time of Q & A where guests can receive personal ministry.

Group Coaching - Those who join at this level are seeking to discover their personal identity, gifts and learn to use them.  They are looking to be spirit led and learn to flow with the Holy Spirit.  They are learning to be grounded in the word and prayer. (see below for a fuller explanation).

Mentor - This is a team of individuals who Cynthia knows and has personal relationship with. Those she has direct supervision for.  Women who have chosen to come under her direction, be submitted to her directives in regard to their personal spiritual life and public ministry (see below for a fuller explanation).

Those who join at this level are seeking to discover their personal identity, gifts and learn to use them.  They are looking to be spirit led and learn to flow with the Holy Spirit.  They are learning to be grounded in the word and prayer.

As part of the group coaching level, you are taught, challenged, given homework, maybe even pushed a bit to step out of your comfort zone and into who and what God has called you to.

Yes! We are all called. - Your call is probably different than Cynthia's call, however you do have a call to be you and do the works He created you for.

An Accepted Application must be submitted and approved for this level.

This is a team of individuals who are known and have personal relationship with Cynthia.  She has direct supervision for them by their choice and commitment.  Women who have chosen to come under her direction, be submitted to her directives in regard to their personal spiritual life and public ministry.

At this level you will be invited to join Cynthia in online meetings, to pray, speak and minister to guests. Both for the Guest level and for the coaching level.

Members are invited to join Cynthia at select ministry times for events offline.

This level is for those who want to be used to ministry to others.

As a woman who believes we must be scriptural devoted to the Biblical teaching and principles, including being spirit filled and spirit led.

Jesus chose twelve in which He gave to and minister to as you might say His inner circle. this is what Cynthia refers to as her Mentor Team.

As He traveled about many followed Jesus and His teachings this would be the Group Coaching level.

The concept follows somewhat the idea of cell groups that have been used with the greater community of believers for many years.

This format allows Cynthia to share her life with those who are seriously committed to Kingdom and its work. She also has the opportunity to train those who also desire are a committed to their own work in the Kingdom.

Through this model Cynthia believes she is fulfilling the great commission to go and make disciples and teach them to obey everything I have commanded.

"Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,²⁰ and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." -Matthew 28:19-20

Cynthia Believes the most powerful discipleship occurs in relationship.
