Weekly zoom meeting with teaching and implementation. We will also have time scheduled for Questions. My team will be available to minister to you and pray for you as well.

1. It is expected you will attend more meetings than you miss.
2. You will apply the principles taught.
3. You will complete homework assigned, in a timely manner.
4.  You will participate, by asking and answering questions, making comments, interacting with Cynthia and other group members.

As a member of She Blooms Group coaching you will be required to abide the following rules.

• You must recognize and agree that we are all learning, growing, and in process.
• You must choose to honor the leader(s), and other members of the group in kindness, encouragement, loving comments and regard. Recognizing we are all different by God's design. we are all at a different stage in our journey, no one has arrived.
• What is shared in the group, stays in the group. We only share about ourselves. No comments, stories, examples to be told anywhere outside of the group.
• No interaction outside of the group about the group (specifically others). It seems obvious to me you can speak about yourself to anyone anywhere. However talk about another member will not be tolerated.

Homework is assigned, as a personal assignment at times, by Cynthia to individuals as she senses it would be helpful for your personal growth. She will indicate if it is required or voluntary at the time.

Homework is assigned to the complete group as helpful tool in learning new material. This helps you, to digest the material and application of truths. Generally these are required.

When homework is assigned, and it has been stated it is required, Cynthia expects it to be completed. Repeated failure to complete homework most likely will open the door to a cancel of your membership to the group program. She understands when life happens however it cannot go not addressed indefinitely.

Each week we will have a short teaching. All of Cynthia's teaching areas of concentration center around three main topics

1. Who is God? (we must know who He is in order to become like Him)
2. Who am I? (we must all be able to answer this question) Who did God create me to be.
3. Who is my enemy? (we must be able to recognize who our enemy is and how to effectively deal with his influence).

Our weekly meetings will also include, discussion with a time for questions. They at times will have a time of prayer and personal ministry for group members. Those who are in Cynthia's mentor program will also be ministering in She Blooms group coaching (generally in the discussion, Q&A and ministry portion).

Monthly one of our weekly programs will be open those who are interested in joining. These will be first come first serve, (as I have limited seating allowed in the software). My hope is to introduce new topics at these meetings, They will be more presentation than our other regularly scheduled meetings. There will be no replay for non group members.
